Gap Insurance / Replacement and Repair Coverage

Automobile insurance policies can provide collision coverage for your vehicle up to the fair market value of your car. This value can be lower than the cost of replacing your vehicle. If you have purchased the vehicle with little or no money down, you loan balance may be more than the value of the car as depreciation greatly lowers its value. We can provide GAP insurance as an endorsement to reimburse you for the difference between what you owe and what the car is worth.

Replacement and Repair is an endorsement that provides for the cost of a current model of the same make, size, and equipment. When a vehicle is driven off the dealers lot it is now considered used and depreciation decreases the actual cash value of the vehicle during a claim. If the insured acquires this endorsement, the insurance company would pay the difference in the depreciated value (actual cash value) and the cost to have the same like and kind of vehicle.

Accident Forgiveness can be acquired to many of our auto insurance carriers. The normal surcharge for the first accident will be forgiven if the policyholder has not had a previous accident.
